Change, Don’t Be Left Behind!
Starting Monday, November 10th all lessons three weeks or older will be moved to the Basic subscription section of the site. The first three lessons of every season and every level will remain free forever on the site.
What does this mean for you?
If you’re an active Basic or Premium member, you will be unaffected. Absolutely nothing will change. Furthermore, long-time listeners enjoying the most recent episodes, you are also unaffected. Lessons less than three weeks old will remain absolutely free on the site and on the feed. In addition, the first three lessons of all levels and all season will still be free on the site for you to study from, so continue to enjoy KoreanClass101.com lessons.

Hi. 현우 here. : )
I went to 광주 , the city I was born in, to celebrate 추석 with my parents. 추석 is always good, even though you can expect some seriously heavy traffic in the main highways because a lot of people move from city to city all at once. Nevertheless, it's always worth the effort. For 추석 we did the usual things, like having good food, visiting a lot of relatives and saying hi here and there, bowing, maybe getting some allowance (which doesn't happen to me any more, unfortunately) and having a small ceremony to thanks the ancestors and everybody else, and visiting some tombs of our close ancestors and paying respect.
But this year, we did something else too - my family went for a drive!! This is very rare for my family... Show more

If you tried to follow along at home and translate the letter I shared, great! If not, then file it away in your "come back to sometime" folder and take another crack at it!
Today I read it to my 6th grade students. It was a little emotional the first time, but I manged to get though the other readings without too much trouble. Then we played Twister!
