Same here. And well, I sent following email on September 1st, which is more than 10 days ago.
I haven't heard anything yet. Please push it up.
Support Request: Gengo Quiz - Korean doesn't work at all.
Bought "Gengo Quiz - Korean" today, and doesn't even startup at all.
So please help me with this situation.
Device: iPhone 3GS 32GB
OS: iOS 4.02
Locale: Originally Japanese and then English (See below)
What I did:
1. Bought and downloaded "Gengo Quiz - Korean" with the device itself.
2. Start the app. (*)
3. Reboot the device.
4. Start the app. (*)
5. Change the locale from Japanese to English, reboot, and start the app. (*)
6. Delete the app from the device, reboot, download again, and start
the app. (*)
Splash screen with 'loading....' in the lower-right displays for about
and silently returns to home screen. In a single word, it 'crashes'.
If any further information is needed please let me know.
