화차

Postby dscherbarth » October 23rd, 2008 8:58 pm

Did I spell it correctly?

Does anyone watch Mythbusters? They had a segment last night on a 15th century Korean weapon they called a hwatcha 200 rocket powered arrows all fired at once! Looked pretty cool.

I caught the very end of it, I didn't realize where it was from. Cool.

I didn't see the episode but I believe 화차 means something like fire carriage. It's definitely an appropriate name for something on wheels that can fire a bunch of rockets!
