Please assist with Written portion of the course work for Koreanclass101.com. I have not been able to complete the written part of my Newbie lessons, therefore I am unable to achieve the correct score for my accomplishment for this portion of the lesson. Is there a special tool that I should be using to accomplish this part of the exercises? If so, please advise as to what I need to do to complete the lesson and close them out and move onto the next level. This is my third request, sent 2 emails, no reply. Have Java Update 6. 16 upgrade, as well as Acrobat 9 3.1 upgrade still cannot access this feature of the lessons. Please advise or refund....I shouldn't be experiecing these types of problems on a weekly basis.
