I'm not sure if this is possible but, I would love an app for regular ipods. I would get the regular app but I just have a nano.

Same here. Have an iPod Classic and have no plans to purchase an iPhone for some years since my current cellphone and iPod are still working perfectly. So it does feel a bit unfair not to have any apps available at all for regular iPods. Could you call it "technical discrimination"?

I've got an iPod touch and I have been checking out the language lab app. It seems to be absolutely stellar, but I do think it's a little unfair to charge five bucks for each ten lessons, especially for premium members. Is there a way to make the app upgradable? So you don't have to buy new apps for tenore lessons, you just download them into the existing app.

I agree, It's far too pricey compared to other aplications, KC101 has a good brand and I love the website but its not enough content for what your paying for.
