Here are some usages of it from the dictionary;

거침없다【막힘 없다】(be) trouble-free;【거리낌없다】(be) unhindered;be free from an impediment[hindrance, difficulty];be without hesitation[a hitch, reserve]
거침없이 풀다 solve a problem easily[without an effort]
거침없이 하다 act sparing nothing.
거침없이 말하다 say without reserve
거침없이 진척되었다 The project went on without hindering..
그는 거침없이 거짓말할 사람이다 He is kind of person lying through teeth.
그는 여러 사람 앞에서 거침없이 그런 소리를 했다 He said such a thing in public without bothering of consciousness.
