Thank you for sharing with us the great video but I have no idea what it is unfortunately..!

Thought there may be Koreans shown on video with Arabic title but maybe not..!:(

It looks like 'Dream High' a Korean television show. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dream_High . Put 'Dream High' in your image search and you should see a picture of the main girl with a flower like in the video. Which is what I did. I watched the youtube video you linked and screen captured a shot and put it in the google image search and then went to look at some video of that show. You can see the first episode for free in the Korean Television show site dramafever.

I think that's right. Not 100 percent sure though.
