How to know what a korean/asian person really thinks

Postby fej4955 » October 20th, 2015 7:45 pm

Hello everyone,

so I wonder how do I know what an Asian really thinks? I know the fact the at least japanese, they do not tell if they dislike/hate a person. I assume other asians are little easier to read.

Below my theory, if also someone non-korean would tell their thoughts, I would be happy.
"ㅁ" sounds like "b" (as in ぶた and bench)

Here, "ativ" pronunces as if [ㅁ] was a [b].

Here, "fallight" pronunces as if [ㅁ] was a [b].

"ㄴ" sounds like "d" (as in で and dog)

Here, "EricKim" prononunces [ㄴ] as [d], however "fairybel" pronunces it properly with [ㄴ].

Here, "heechang2" pronunces [ㄴ] as [d].

Thank you in advance for comments.

Hello fej4955,

Thank you for your comment. Each consonant in the Korean language has it's own unique pronounciation and does not change like the Japanese language. the 'ㅁ' sounds like 'm', and 'ㅂ' sounds like a 'p/b'. 'ㄴ' sounds like a 'n', and 'ㄷ' sounds like a 't/d'. I went to the weblinks that you posted, and '무슨' sounded like 'mu-seun', and '누구' sounded like 'nugu'.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
