You never said if dictionaries are allowed here or not. Well, I'll give my answer without using a dictionary:

Have a joyous and (something) Chuseok! (Formal command form)

Oh, and are there bonus points? Because the sign at the top says "bakery" (jegwa).

공짜 means 'freebies' or 'free'

I think they are trying to sell cellphone saying that they are free, but you actually end up paying all the money through monthly installments. kk
