For English, there is Amazon.com, Kobo Books to buy English books.

May I know if there is a Korean equivalent where I can buy Korean ebooks?

Somewhere you can download free ebooks to learn Korean would be nice.

Thank you for asking. There are some options, and it seems like Ridibooks.com is working fine with all devices and easy to read. You can download some books for free when you sign-up the site. So I think you can try some free ebooks to learn Korean.
