Japanese/Korean

Postby John » December 26th, 2007 6:37 pm

Because I'm too lazy to look for the website now I'll just tell ya want I got...A DS game for Japanese speakers to learn Korean. It does show pictures of items in question but all of the explanation text is in Japanese. Might be good for you JapanesePod peeps, I dunno. If nothing else it's entertaining for me. It's called 'Point-And-Speak" phrasebook.

Oooh that sounds good. Sometimes there's an equivalent word in Japanese where there isn't one in English... that will be quite useful (if I can find a copy!)

Is this what you're talking about John씨? I've actually used this game (program?) before, but found it wasn't as useful as TouchDictionary. More audio on point-and-speak, but Touch Dictionary is more extensive.

If I had to learn Thai or German in a hurry though, I'd probably use point-and-speak.
