Podcasts and Korean Dramas

Postby Lionelltd2 » September 20th, 2009 10:05 pm

I like listening to podcasts since they are free.

I think a few of these websites and podcasts have been mentioned before but I wanted to put them in one post.

I'm putting up some of the links to these podcasts. If you have iTunes you could click on Advanced (on the top of the iTunes window) and click Subscribe to Podcast.

Voice of America - VOA:

I've found http://danpod.kangjang.net/tc/. On this website they have iTune podcast links to Super Junior Kiss the Radio, a podcast about economics and a few others. Most of them are shows about music though.

I've found NHK World Korean News Cast:

I've found Korean Christian podcasts, too:

http://bloomerkang.cafe24.com/bbs/rss.php?id=podaudio
http://www.kcpc.org/podcast/feed.xml
http://www.heavenlyvoice.org/sermon/podcast.xml

I've even found Korean mixtapes: http://www.hiphopplaya.com/mp3/list.html?category=1 (not a podcast)

I've found podics.com, too, but the podcasts take a while to download from the website. I know 선현우 씨 has podcasts on the website.

And now there is a website called dramafever.com that shows free legal Korean dramas (guilt free, unless you watch them and forget to do work.)

I hope others find more and paste them in the forum. Thanks. :)

Not a problem. :)

I'm greedy for podcasts and any free content I can get my hands on.

I'm just wishing there was more Korean audio to listen to.

I stumbled across some of 경은's blogs of through one of your links. I remember her mentioning having to have her wisdom teeth extracted during one of the advanced lessons. It sounded like one of the blogs was a follow up…

Nice photo 경은 씨

I saw that post before but I'm usually looking for something new. I did find Jeong Jae-yoon's Fresh Korea (sorry no Hangeul script computer) on KBS's Radio Tune 'thingy' website so I'm a little happier. Also, I subscribed to the KBS, MBC, and SBS websites and found their individual online radio players. So whenever I'm online I get to listen to genuine Korean radio. I'm now looking for more variety. Maybe a show about science or whatever. Thanks, by the way.

@DirtyHarry

Yea, I listened to a few of Gyoeng-eun's podcasts. It's light listening although I don't know what she's talking about.

Go Maybee!

I really liked one of the tunes on the drama 'Love-Marriage' called '연애'. Turns out it was a duet with Maybee and Howl. Here's a link to Maybee's radio show, which is really funny but difficult to follow sometimes:
