"No urinating" would be 소변 금지 ^_^

And yeah, 취사 금지 is often seen in moutains or parks because that might cause fire. :-)

They don't actually mean much... they just literally mean

Kalma 21 - Yangjae Car Cinema

양재(Yangjae) is a place name in Seoul, but I don't have a clue what 칼마 is supposed to mean. It's just a name :-)

불교에서 유래된 말 인것 같은데요.

"업보"나 "운명" 이란 뜻을 가지고 있죠.
