The answer is......

차도남[chadonam]: 차가운 도시 남자[chagaun dosi namja]: a cool city man(?)
차도녀[chadonyeo]: 차가운 도시 여자[chagaun dosi yeoja]: a cool city woman(?)

차도남 and 차도녀 are the new coinages(신조어).
