Postby orbiter » December 21st, 2010 10:09 am

I am wondering about this word "다시금". I understand that it has the same meaning as "다시"; so when do we use "다시금"? Is it used in spoken Korean?

Thank you!

Hi again. :-)

It has no other meaning or usage but the emphasizing.
Slightly old fashioned word but it's still being used.

Hello orbiter and manyakumi,

Postby timandyou » December 22nd, 2010 12:54 am

Yes, it is often used to emphasize!
I think... its English translation would be "once again" =

"once again" a new project will be operated.
"once again" will play in London.

cheers,
