The Korean equivalent to that would be 잘 부탁 드리겠습니다. I think the usage is similar, but not used in the same situations :)

what does 꾸기 mean?

꿈(을) 꾸다 : to dream
꿈(을) 꾸기 : dreaming
꿈 : a dream

꾸다 verb is usually used with 꿈.
And another meaning of 꾸다 is "to borrow"

P.S.
저는 물음이 있어요 would be more natural to say "(저) 질문(이) 있어요".

Yes, that's correct.

Except it sort of seems like a yes or no question, so a more expected answer would something like:

네, 물 주세요

or

아니오, 괜찮아요

먹을래요 is more for talking to other people about what you want to eat, like when you're discussing where to go or what to order. The waitress would understand what you mean, but it would be unusual.

In that case, you may say as,

물 좀 주세요.

Literally, 좀 means "a little" but we often use it to make the sentences indirect in order to be more polite.
