Fortunately, 찾다 is not an irregular verb.

So, it's conjugated like this:

Past: 찾았어(요)
Present: 찾아(요)
Present progressive: 찿고 있다
Future: 찾을 거야/거에요

Hope this helps!

The formal is:

Past: 찾았습니다 (found)
Present: 찾습니다 (find)
Present progressive: 찾고 있습니다 (be looking for)
찾을 겁니다 / 찾겠습니다 (will find)

Keep in mind that this word has both the sense of 'to be looking for' as well as 'to find', depending on the case.
