I got that problem today, when i have just subscribe. As after i have subscribed i click on the disable recurring subscription in case i forget to do it after a month. After that i got the account disabled, please contact the webmaster error message. I email to the (the email add that was listed at the help section). I came across this topic here so i do not know if my email will reach the admins. I don't think its
a very nice experience to get account disabled like right after 5mins after i subscribe
I've got the same problem too, couldn't access and prompted to contact webmaster, have sent emails but no replies... not sure what happened ~ Can't even do upgrade or anything, can someone please help? or advice?
I've sent email and got a reply, followed the instruction (clear cookies) still doesn't work, not able to login properly and "your account has been disabled contact webmaster" I'm confused, I even switch to another laptop which has no history browsing on the site, I'm still not able to login properly and keep seeing "Your account has been disabled" I wonder why, it should not be from the cookies and cache thing. Please advice urgently, thanks!
Hi i am facing the same problem. The message says "Your account has been disabled. Contact site webmaster for details" after i have just clicked the 'suscribe' button.
