I have been using your site for a few months now, and have had my subscription renewed every month automatically, but for some reason it did not work this time... 4 days ago (and the following days), I received an e-mail explaining that the transaction had been declined, and that I should add funds to my account or update my credit card information.
There is enough money on my account and my card details have not changed... I contacted my bank to ask them about it, and they say everything is fine with my account.
I filled in my details once again on the website, but I don't know if I have to suscribe once again, or if it will be done automatically like before (today, I did not receive the e-mail telling me it will try again on the following day... so should I do it myself?)
