My Feed ITunes

Hello everyone 
So i'm new here and eager to learn Korean.
Watching and listening to Korean entertainment really excited me to learn Korean. No more waiting for subs!
Anyways, I saw the My Feed video and thought it was pretty handy.
So, i got it all working and I started downloading. But then it started asking for my account and Password. So I fill it in but nothing happens. (I'm Still on the trial btw.)
I am a premium right? I mean.. i'm on the trial.
I did get a mail though.
We noticed you tried to sign up for a
subscription, but due to a technical glitch on our
side we seemed to have lost you.
Note, I didn't pay or anything. Just created an account and got the mail.
Any ideas?
