I have subscribed for the premium service - I have a receipt from paypal and the funds have been taken from my credit card. Despite this, I have no access to premium content such as MyFeed; specifically I cannot download PDFs. The subscription information tab in my account settings does not list the subscription I have paid for either.
Why not just download the PDFs using the links from the online lessons? I am encountering the same SQL errors detailed here:

I have contacted as well as without response from either. Without a point of contact between the administrators and myself I am unable to gain access to the content or get my money back.
I don't really know what to do next?
