i will try the instructions in the 'sticky' this evening after work. it looks like it should work. in fact, i think i've seen my wife (korean) doing just that on her lap top. i suppose i should have asked her for assistance - but then she would know that she is smarter than me (instead of just believing it and telling everybody else
)
