Korean voice ringers for cell

Hyunwoo or anyone in Korea really, You know on every single K-Drama how the guy is calling the girls cell phone and the recording comes on about how the phone is off? Is it possible to get that recording into file and send it to me via MSN or SKYPE?

Or the ringer from the uncles phone in Snagdoo let's go to school. :D

Or any kind of voice ringer in Korean would be awesome. I looked all over the net and I can't find Korean voice ringers anywhere.
