Pump it up!

Postby rooraa » April 2nd, 2008 10:41 pm

I used to be a comptetely addicted to DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) but my pads broke so I haven't played for a long time....

But anyways, I was trying online to see if there was a korean version of DDR, and so I came upon Pump It Up (PIU)!

It looks pretty much the same.....but is still popular nowadays? I mean, is there a updated version on sell? If so, I'm hoping to buy the game online!

I used to LOVE this game :-) Don't play it anymore because the machines are not around anymore but ... hehe. I love it.

i'm really lousy at this but i've seen really good players. these machines are usually located near the entrance of the arcade and then when there are good players playing, there is bound to be a crowd.

then after this it became para para. but para para isn't so popular. everyone'd rather play ddr.

In Korea, 펌프(pump) was more popular than DDR :-)

sorry to bring up an old topic but this makes me nostalgic. anways, pump is different than ddr for the fact that ddr uses the up,down, right and left arrows while pump utilizes the center button, and the four corners. makes for much better dancing if you ask me.
