It's my pleasure to join this forum and i really need some help in translating into english the following sentence

HP 가 50% 이상이면 공격력이 증가할더

This was a sentence I encountered in a game from Korea (NEXON), some of my friends were suspicous about the ingame English translation of this sentence, so I really need a Korean person to help translate this

There seems to be a bit of a typo at the end of the sentence:

HP 가 50% 이상이면 공격력이 증가할더-->HP가 50% 이상이면 공격력이 증가한다. (If the HP is over 50%, the ability to attack increases)
