I have tried for abount 3 days and then i found it out! If u use Mac , u can't see hangul in pdf with "Preview" program(For my case, I can see chinese instead 
). U have to open it with adobe reader instead. Look for this program in your "Finder"--> "Application". U'll see the red icon called Adobe Reader. Double click , then it'll ask u whether u want to open files with Adobe reader instead of Preview. Then click ok. Finally, just double click pdf files in ur itunes. That' it!
