Yeah torrents. And then there is a forum post where you search for the subs. Use VLC and have the subtitle file in the same folder as your movie, with the same name and it will work!

Yeah I am not very computer literate, I believe I tried that once and it was a mess....I am sure it works fine but I am a point-click-watch kinda guy.
