good addition...

Postby iDoof » July 2nd, 2011 1:01 pm

Hey all,

How do I say something would make a "good addition" to something else? Specifically, I want to say that a certain project will be a good addition to my portfolio...

Thanks for your time all!

Hi, iDoof!

I am Jaehwi from Koreanclass101.com

You can say '추가적인 성과' for good addition. When you say something about your career in Korean, saying 'Good' or 'Great' is not good because it shows proud of yourself. In this case, I recommend you to say 'additional achievement'.
If you want to say whole sentence in Korean, I'd like to recommend you to say '이 프로젝트는 제 포트폴리오에 추가적인 성과로 기록될 것입니다.' (This project will be an additional achievement to my portfolio.)
