HI Elisa,

I think you should study whatever you are comfortable with. If you feel the newbie lessons are not challenging you it would be a good idea to move forward. Also, there is nothing is preventing you from studying multiple levels at the same time. Anyway keep moving forward.

learning is somewhat cyclic:

There are things you will not fully understand at level 1 until you reach level 50, and there are things at level 50 you will not understand if you haven't completed level 1.

Thanks for your contribution to the forums here.

Personally, I like to take things as they write the lessons. If I feel I should learn something first, I try to see if it's in another lesson, but I then go back and do the lessons as they come. I also try to find other sources to help me as I go. I even go on penpal style websites to network with Koreans wanting to help foreigners learn their language, and I ask them for help. I do say that having native speakers as friends is a big, big help. On friend I have are very willing to answer my questions.

Listen to give a listen to some of lessons (trials). and find your favorite hosts and lessons...
That will definitely help you out find your lesson(s) and adjust your level.
