If you're using the IME Hangeul keyboard input system, it's rather straightforward:

1) q+h+l+q will get you 뵙
2) r+p+(Shift+t) gets you 겠
3) t+m+q gets you 습
4) s+l gets you 니
5) e+k gets you 다

If you follow these key strokes in the order above, you will get: 뵙겠습니다.

ㅒ has a sound of "yea(h)", it's like ㅐ (eh) with a second bar
The sound is very similar to ㅖ which is uㅔ with a second bar.

Just like ㅏ (ah) with a second bar becomes ㅑ (ya) or
ㅓ (uh, eo) with a second bar becomes ㅕ (yuh, yeo) etc.

Forget about romanji for Korean. While it is a good method in Japanese I think it has too many flaws in Korean. Also Hangeul is so easy to learn you should only use romaji if you don't have a Korean keyboard or char set available or the other person cannot read it.
There are several ways to write Korean in romaji and they're inconsistent.
unfortunately having half a set of Korean genes doesn't come w/ a language gene
