Just and Only (How and When to Use?)

I have been practicing using vocabulary and I find myself getting stuck on how to use "Just" & "Only" vocabulary 그냥, 방금, ~만, 뿐, 단지, (etc. that I may be forgetting at the moment).

Could someone help me explain when and how to use these properly?

그냥

This is an adverb, and you use it to mean "nothing but".

어제 밤 그냥 도서관에서 공부했어.
Last night, I just studied at the library.

방금

This is an adverb, and you use it to mean "a moment ago"

널 방금 전화했지.
I just called you.

~만

This is a suffix, and it means "only". It's different from 방금 because you can attach it to most words in a sentence, and it only modifies that word instead of the whole sentence.
