I received an email titled "I think we lost you" that had a really good offer of 33% off any subscription. Given that my subscription is still a free one, I would really like to use this chance to upgrade my account. However after trying to complete a payment, it just got stuck on a blank page and the payment never went through, nor was my account upgraded. I contacted technical support twice and all they did was resend the same "I think we lost you" email, with the same link, and with the same problem. I really want to take this offer, I am a student and I don't have a lot of money and I need to save as much as possible. If anyone knows if there is something I can do to fix this problem, please do tell me.
