[place]은/는 어디에 있어요? ([place]eun/neun eodie isseoyo?)
Imagine you’re looking for the bank. Do you remember how to say "bank?"
은행, 은행 (eunhaeng, eunhaeng)
Say “Where is the bank?”
은행은 어디에 있어요? (Eunhaengeun eodie isseoyo?)
Now ask where the bank is and answer saying the bank is over there.
은행은 어디에 있어요? (Eunhaengeun eodie isseoyo?)
저기에 있어요. (Jeogie isseoyo.)
Now imagine you’re looking for the bathroom. Do you remember how to say "bathroom?"
화장실, 화장실 (hwajangsil, hwajangsil)
Say “Where is the bathroom?”
화장실은 어디에 있어요? (Hwajangsireun eodie isseoyo?)
Now ask where the bathroom is and answer saying the bathroom is over there.
화장실은 어디에 있어요? (Hwajangsireun eodie isseoyo?)
저기에 있어요. (Jeogie isseoyo.)
Now imagine you’re looking for the mall. Do you remember how to say "mall?"
쇼핑몰, 쇼핑몰 (syopingmol, syopingmol)
Say “Where is the mall?”
쇼핑몰은 어디에 있어요? (Syopingmoreun eodie isseoyo?)
Now ask where the mall is and answer saying the mall is over there.
쇼핑몰은 어디에 있어요? (Syopingmoreun eodie isseoyo?)
저기에 있어요. (Jeogie isseoyo.)
