Thank you for posting. We provided these phrases in polite form because there could be an age gap between the speaker/listener, and some couples in Korea feel that speaking in polite form shows respect for their significant other. Also, if you would like to make it informal, you can omit the polite suffix '요' (in most, not all, of the sample sentences provided), and it would work.
Why are these sentences in 존댓말?
Thank you for posting. Don't forget to put a space between 연인을 and 위한.
Having said that, were you trying to say that these phrases are for lovers? If so, it would be:
이 문구들은 연인들을 위한 것입니다. (These lines are for lovers.)
That is quite a romantic statement! But although it is a grammatically correct sentence, instead of saying 늙다, which implies that you are 'old', you could say you want to 'age together' with said person:
당신과 함께 나이들고 싶어요.
Keep up the good work!
이것은 연인을위한 것입니다.
당신과 함께 늙고 싶어요.
