Thanks for posting. ~ㄹ래? is used to suggest something, so if someone says '나랑 사귈래?', it is asking someone if they would like to 'date' the speaker (officially). Having said that, if you used this phrase on Valentine's day it could translate to 'Would you be my Valentine(and date me)?'

"나랑 사귈래", when a boy is trying to ask a girl out.

제 발렌타인이 되어 주실래요?-->more polite
