| Hyunwoo: Well, I have an uncle who is a taxi driver now, and he likes to give his opinions and suggestions to people, and 젊은 승객들을 많이 만나 본 다음에, he tells me that after meeting all these younger passengers, he realized that all the worries that he had about his children were not very necessary. |

| Hyunwoo: 네. Well, you can use more simple words like 그런데, 그래도, and 하지만 to connect two sentences and show contrast, but using the structure -ㄴ/는데도 shows a stronger contrast and emphasizes the nuance of "even though." |
| Gyeong-eun: 네. 맞아요. 그리고... -ㄴ/는데도 can be combined with 그렇다, |
