Is the word in script "금년"?

I always have trouble reading handwritten Hangul. Knowing that the character
that looks like a "12" is "미음" will help!

I saw a similar sign outside of Lotte Mart in 부산. It had cigarette butts all around it. Alas, I did not take a picture... :(

a 금연 sign in Korea is about worth as much as the cigarettes are . Meaning, very cheap and everywhere !
