translation practice #5 (04 oct 2007)

Image

This is written on the magnetic-card-type payphones in Korea.

Can you figure out what's written in the center of the picture?

OK, I know this one so I am going to sit it out. I think the board administrator should add spoiler tags. (I'll request it in the Features Request section.)

It is an html tag like the ones for bold or to insert an image or link. It makes the text betweem the tags invisible. Some you have to highlight the empty box to see the text, others you have to click on a button and some highlight with a mouse-over. These are ones that I have run across anyway.

I don't understand the first word, And I don't know what it says after those numbes either. ^^.

But then i think it says something like:
If you don't have a Card :D

Is that right?
If you don't have your 동전Card

Emergency button + 1541 + Exact telephone number + # --> Speak
Ahh this one is really tricky :( Could you post the translation please? I'm very curious of the correct translation.

Here goes the correct(?) or full translation :D
If you don't have coins or cards, call 1541 (collect call)
Emergency button + 1541 + phone number of the person you want to call(상대방 meaning 'counterpart' or 'the other person') + # --> talk
