If you want to order something that is not spicy, you could say:
'맵지 않은 것으로 주세요' (Please give me the non-spicy dish). (maepji aneun geosseuro juseyo)
If you want them to make the dish less spicy (if it exists on the menu but you would like a less spicy version of it), you could say:
'너무 맵지 않게 해주세요' (Please do not make it too spicy) (neomu maepjianke haejuseyo)
