Learn Korean with KoreanClass101.com! You stroll into your office in Korea, unaware that today might be the day that your life takes an abrupt change. Your Korean manager, who must have security cameras monitoring your every move, calls you as soon as you sit down in your office. You nervously glance around looking for the cameras, which are nowhere to be seen, and answer in Korean, “Good morning. What can I do for you?” He responds in Korean, “We might meet with the president of the company in a few minutes.” “Oh, great! I’d better spend some time reviewing my notes,” you respond in Korean. Your manager interjects in Korean, “Well, this might not be a regular planning meeting.” “What might it be?” you ask in Korean, a bit taken aback, and wondering who else might be monitoring those hidden cameras. “The president might want you to move to Japan for a few years,” your boss explains in Korean. Now you’re starting to wonder whether there might be a hidden camera crew ready to spring out and yell, “Surprise!” What is going on?

Is this pattern (hal su do isseoyo) interchangeable with Les#8 pattern hal gi do mollayo? Itseems they were both translated into English the same.
Thank you.
