| You mean when people lose their tempers? (lit. "explode")? Some people go blind with anger (lit. "can't see anything because their eyeballs roll back in their heads"). Sometimes they even insult us. I can certainly understand them; after all, their lovely children (lit. "children who wouldn't cause pain even if they poked you in the eye") have gotten hurt. |

| Jaehwi: 네 맞아요. 그래서 다른 사람의 기분이 어떤지 특별히 걱정하지 않아도 되요. 바로 알 수 있으니까요. 특히 한국 사람들은 고객서비스 센터 customer service center에 있는 스탶과 이야기할 때에는 더 화를 잘 내는 것 같아요. |

| Lan: 이라는 표현도 있죠? 화를 내거나 강하게 자신의 의견을 이야기해야 어떤 일이 해결될 수 있다고 생각하기 때문에 그런 것 같아요. |
