Can't dowload PDF files using Myfeed...

Hi,
I've been having problems downloading PDFs in iTunes using Myfeed. The video/audio files download fine, but PDFs (lesson notes) always get an error and don't download. Am i doing something wrong?

I am having the same problem. I can get the dialog tracks and review tracks, but when I try to download any other type of track or PDF, I get prompted for a JapanesePod101.com premium user ID and password.
On Skype, I'm nenuphar_ (just like that with the underline character ending)

Users should refresh the feed to be able to download the PDF's. Please feel free to let us know if it's still not working! :)

Keith, thank you for straightening that out. The audio tracks and PDFs download fine now, but there are a few videos that still won't download (a couple of them did, though). The error message said the files cannot be found on the server. They're from Newbie S2 - lessons 3 and 4, I think.

Thanks for letting us know! We are working around the clock to get those videos out as soon as possible. Our video technician is trying to get that out as soon as possible. Sorry again, for the tardiness...
