Flash Cards have stopped working

Postby danielkolath7704 » September 9th, 2013 6:09 pm

Last time I was able to use flash cards was last night. Upon trying to open flash cards and review, I get a blank screen and an error message in the browser console.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to http://www.koreanclass101.com/learningc ... flashcards
2. Click on the "Study" option for any deck. I tried a few
3. Click on "Start Session"

RESULT:

A blank screen. And in the console log I get the following error:

An uncaught error was raised with the following data: lib.js:6
You are using a ServerProxy but have not supplied it with a url. lib.js:6
Uncaught You are using a ServerProxy but have not supplied it with a url.

I tried this on mac with both chrome and safari, as well as on my home PC in chrome. I get the same error on all three.

I also had problems starting this morning which I reported to contactus.
In my case one deck disappeared. When I tried to recreate it using add new cards it no longer recognized that it had more than a couple of words under unlabeled and one each under the labels.
I have tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer. I also deleted all the words from Word Bank and deleted all the decks.
That did not help.

Sept 11 - All the problems above have been resolved for me.

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry for the slow response.
The flashcard issue was fixed already. Is it working fine for you now?
