You were telling your Korean professor last week that it seems that all you have done since you arrived in Korea is study! Your professor asked you in Korean, “do you like to read?” Well, you’re not sure how that is going to help your situation any, but you decide to humor him by replying in Korean, “yes, I read a lot of books everyday!” He explains in Korean, “you can go anywhere in Korea just by reading many books!” What a great idea! You have to study in Korea and you don’t have time to go out sightseeing. However, you can sit down every night with a book that will sweep you away any place you want to go! The next week, your Korean professor asks you how your reading is coming along! Thrilled with his advice, you excitedly reply in Korean, “I have read books that have taken me to other galaxies! I have fought off alien invaders…” Your professor interrupts you and asks in Korean, “what kind of books are you reading?!” Breathlessly, you reply in Korean, “comic books!!” Well, whatever works…
