We all need a favor sometimes. It’s important to be polite and direct when you ask someone to do something for you. It might be as simple as, “Can you get me a pen?” Or, you might have to say, “Will you let me borrow a thousand dollars?”Being able to ask people to do something for you the right way is a critical skill.

This lower intermediate Korean lesson shows you everything you need to ask people to do something for you using -아/어/여 달라고 하다 . As a bonus, you’ll discover how to use -(으)로  to talk about a selection you are thinking of making. This Korean lesson also has great examples that you can apply to your own Korean.
