You explain in Korean, “I lost my wallet this morning by accident.” Your friend offers to help you look for it and asks if that is all that is wrong? You reply in Korean, “No, I also broke my cell phone this morning by accident.” “Oh,” your friend replies in Korean, “I have broken my cell phone before too. I understand how it makes you feel very alone.” Your friend has a great suggestion to cheer you up! He tells you in Korean, “Since you lost your wallet and broke your phone by accident, why don’t you spend the afternoon with me and let me buy you lunch!”
