Learn Korean with KoreanClass101.com! You are so bored. Today, you and your friends just sat around and did absolutely nothing all day. Tomorrow you are not allowing that to happen again. The problem is getting your friends motivated to do the same! You ask them in Korean, “Do you want to go watch a movie tomorrow?” Your friends ask in Korean, “It depends, what type of movie do you want to watch?” Hmm… Thoughtfully, you reply in Korean, “We could go watch a scary movie and maybe the girls will want to cuddle for safety!” The girls groan and reply in Korean, “We are not watching a scary movie with you! Let’s watch a romantic movie.” The guys moan and yell in Korean, “We are not watching a sappy movie either! Let’s watch a funny movie!” You intervene and try to mediate the masses in Korean, “Let’s watch a funny movie and then go eat at that new Korean restaurant down the street!” Everyone replies in Korean, “Let’s do that!” Finally, tomorrow sounds like a great plan…but you still have to get through today.

hi,
i’m in trouble. what does it mean exactly?
너랑 안 봐
i’m almost sure it’s not “I’m not going to watch a movie with you.”
안 봐 is okay but 너랑 is interesting. “you and”?
Tuesday at 10:00 am
너 means You, and 랑 means ‘with’ or ‘along’.
Literally, 너랑 안 봐 means ‘will not watch something with you’
You can also say ‘나랑’ to say ‘with me’.

The Korean audio in the last 2 lines of the line by line audio transcript do not match the written Korean. The click here for the whole dialog gives you only the last line of the dialog. Thanks for a good lesson.
