When I went to Korea, I was looking at shoes and the guy at the store insisted on putting them on for me and then complaining I was stepping on his fingers. I said 미안합니다 at first before being corrected -_-;; He should of just let me put on my own shoes geesh

juliassi :)

미안합니다 is fine too :) but it’s just that 죄송합니다 is more natural because both 죄송 and 합니다 are both very formal and 미안 is usually used in the intimate language, like 미안해 (between friends) :)
