My last name is Kim.
My dad is a “Kim”…from the Soonchun Kim line
My mom is a “Kim”…from the Kimhae Kim line

What does that make me? … do the kids always follow the father’s Kim lineage? ….how does that work if both your parents are Kims?

Are there any other Kims out there from either of these lines?

That would be actually “나안덕” - 德 is pronounced “덕” ^^ 안덕 doesn’t sound very typically Korean, but it sounds cool !

A korean friend said a Korean equivalent would be “Na An te” 나안태?

나 is a good last name. Easy to pronounce and remember. When I was a child, people weren’t really used to the last name “선” so everybody thought I was saying “손” which is a more common last name. I’ve just checked my cellphone and I have more friends with 나 in their last name than I thought! - three of them are “나”
