Good question :) -는데/은데 has a lot of usages, but it MOSTLY shows contrast, but it also shows a change in the point of view or sometimes a chain of thoughts - so that's why "-는데..." can end a sentence without anything following right up. So for example, 할 얘기가 있다고 했는데... means "할 얘기가 있다고 했어. 그런데... (He said he had something to say... but...)" + "Did you get to talk to him? / Do you know what he had in mind? / I wonder what it was about / and etc..." Another example: A: Let's go, let's go, let's go! (가자 가자 가자!) B: I don't want to go... (가기 싫은데...) (omitted & implied: I don't want to go, but you're insisting) I hope this helps! Robert,

I read in an earlier point that -는데/은데 shows contrast, but it's not totally clear for me. In the grammar point of "I did do it" it seems to be used most of the times when there is more to be said after it. 보기는 봤는데, 아무 얘기도 안 했어 I kind of see the contrast there... but there is also 민수가 너 찾았는데, 만았어? would it be different meaning, or incorrect if I exclude the 는데 and leave it just 찾았어... or what is the difference.. the last sentence it is used as 얘기가 있다고 했는에... but there's nothing after it, nothing else to show contrast... hmmm... thanks in advance to whoever helps me understand it better :D oh, I got a question. the last sentence it is used as

They are so much fun. But I have one question. Is it possible to post in written form the example sentences Jinsu and Mihyun give regarding the vocabulary words. I can't understand what they say, but if I see it written down, I can figure it out. Thank you very much! :) I’m really enjoying these Korean lessons. They are so much fun. But I have one question. What does it mean in this case? Another question: I heard this twice in a drama when the actress was explaining something and after the explanation she said: 그래서 그래서. Wha's the translation of that in that case? The ending of that word writen above 는데/은데 I’ve seen it written in this case too:
